Our ships are resting
Due to the prolonged cold weather, the water surface has frozen, so our ships operating between the city center harbor and the industrial canal (Zoo) are temporarily not running.
The ships are currently resting, and we are monitoring the weather — as soon as conditions allow, we will restart the services.
Our Wildlight Park, however, welcomes you in the new year with its usual opening hours, every day from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We can’t wait to welcome you to be part of the magic! Come with your family — don’t leave grandma at home — or visit us as a couple for a romantic evening. And if you arrive with a group of friends, we guarantee laughter and unforgettable experiences!
During your walk, hundreds of light installations will guide you through the zoo’s winter wonderland. The glowing sculptures will enchant you — and tell their own stories, as behind every illuminated animal lies a real tale waiting to be discovered.
You’ll discover how we work with our partners in Tanzania’s Mkomazi National Park to protect elephants and lions, and how we promote peaceful coexistence between people and animals around the world.
