Did you know? Its body structure reminds observers to goats and not sheep. Their most active period during the day is early morning and late night. During the hottest period of the day They are resting. The group They live in is of very strict hierarch on the top of which there is an adult male, but the female with the highest rank is also considered as a leader of the group.
Watch it! It is a tough and powerful sheep. It has small and tipped ears on its characteristically oval head. Its tail is short like that of the goat. The sharp even-toed hoof ensures safe walk even on rocks.
Habitat: It’s native to the mountainousareas of Sahara.
