erparts can only be found in t he Gobi Desert. It is highly adapted to extreme living condit ions, able to withstand temper atures of -29 degrees in winter and +38 degrees in summer. It can drink up to 100 litres of water at a time. - Camels differ from o
ther hoofed animals, the weight of their bodies rests on their soles rather than their hooves, and only the front edge of the hooves touches the ground. In winter, their bodies are covered with thick, dense fur, mu ch of which is shed in spring
